At Pink Butter, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. We encourage you to review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return

To request a return for a damaged or defective item, contact us at chynareign@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Returns must be authorized before sending anything back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
