Refund policy
At Pink Butter, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. We encourage you to review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
How to Start a Return
Email us at chynareign@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Please don't send anything back unless we ask you to. Items sent without our approval will not be accepted.
Once we review your photo, we will process your replacement or refund within 5-7 business days. If we need the item back, we will send you instructions.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale items and gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without our approval
