International
We ship to many countries, and you'll see yours listed at checkout. International delivery times vary 7–21 business days. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Pink Butter pieces are made-to-order with care, so we don't accept returns for fit preferences or change-of-mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering — and reach out if you need a hand.
If your item arrives damaged or wrong, we make it right. Email us at chynareign@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll replace it or refund you. Please email us first and don't send anything back unless we ask.
